Metal & Nettle
Wines in the higher price ranges are suffering in this economy, but people haven’t stopped drinking. Offering a genuine value wine is smart. We named and envisioned Metal & Nettle to appeal to urban hipsters, helping Terravant Wines to capture a piece of this coveted market. Adapting vintage calligraphy to connote a finely tooled metal flask, we produced a two-color label that is stylish but still economical. This wine is sophisticated enough to serve with a stinging nettle pizza and has enough street cred to drink at next week’s Liturgy concert.
